<How To Measure>
WAIST: Measure the waistband from end to end, keeping the tape horizontal.
Record the measurements both before and after stretching the waistband.
HIPS: Measure the circumference 7 inches down from the waist.  
RISE : Measure from the crotch point up to the top of the waistband.
INSEAM: Measure along the inner seam from the crotch point to the bottom hem.
